Hello, or as we say in texas HURRRRRRR HOWDY everybody! I think it's about time to talk about stuff and what I will be doing in the future (because I update this thing about a year apart I guess). I'm in a bunch of bands right now! Three of them have retarded myspace pages. I didn't make any of these

    myspace.com/thebluehourtx

    myspace.com/javonandkayne

    myspace.com/thefriendlyfungis

The blue hour is the one that is just for fun with my friends, and I have to sing because they are assholes. I'm pretty bad at that. The other two are the ones that I am trying to get money and mansions and out of. I've played a couple of shows, and I have another one in deep ellum on may 2nd. deep ellum is the place where there are bars and music places and hobo murderers in Dallas. So basically, I am a huge rock star now and you can all go fuck yourselves

    WHAT'S THERE TO LIVE FORRRR
    WHO NEEDS THE PEACE CORRRRPS

Hi! I was having depressions, but now I am doing better, pretty much. My old computer broke so I can't update my comic for awhile! Oh well, I don't think anybody's lives depend on it. BUT I COULD BE WRONG. So I started senior high school. It is pretty big and intimidating (here is where you make your favorite dick joke) but I ain't scared. Well, mostly. I am learning to be a conductor and that kind of stuff in Music Theory. Somehow they put me in Music Theory 2 AP, so it is kind of not easy. During the summer, my mom got in a car accident and fucked up her spine! She's okay now though. My sister moved out, so now it is just me and my mom. I get her car, which was my brother's car, and originally my dad's car. So it is about 10 years old, which really isn't that bad. Randomly not starting and falling windows are the only problems it has.

IN CONCLUSION THINGS ARE GOING NOT SO BAD BUT THINGS WILL PROBABLY START SUCKING EVENTUALLY

If you don't have Mojo Nixon, then your store could use some fixin.
Dang man I tell you what most of my friends here on livejournal don't post any more! I don't blame them, things have been pretty boring lately. I'm bored enough that I started thinking about things happening after high school. I think I want to go to a "music college" or whatever you would call it. It's pretty much my Thing that I am good at. Oh well, I got lots of time to think about that kind of crap.

IN OTHER NEWS, I'm going to a doctor next week to see if I'm clinically depressed. Or if I am just a pussy! The doctor knows a pussy when he sees one. It's what he is paid for.

I'm going to be driving cars soon so be careful I might sneak up on you and run you down. By accident.

I am out of money! I spent the last of it on that crappy super smash friends or whatever and some Popeye's chicken. The chicken was good, the game sucked and it cost more than twice as much. But! You can play as Jigglypuff, so it works out.

    Good times. For all times.
I went to the horrible musical instrument store called Guitar Center, and got a triangle and a vibraslap. Now I can sound like Cake, like I have always wanted to.

Oh yeah, I never posted what I ate. I ate tortillas, Oreos, and drank a coke everyday, for a month. Only a few days late!

I'm in two bands at the same time, again. One is a FUNK BAND!!! YEAH DUDE!!!. We recorded some instrumental songs (the vocals haven't been added yet.) I am in the band, and also not in the band. It is not entirely official yet or something!

The other band is with a couple of friends of mine. There is a keyboard. It is sad, and kind of jazzy or something. It is fun.

I keep meaning to record my own stuff, but I never get around to it.

Yeah, because I am a lazy bastard and suck at drawing, Spaceduck Christmas is dead. It was going to be like this:

Panel 1: The Person says he has a very special present for the duck.
Panel 2: The duck opens the present and it is a dog turd (heehee har har)
Panel 3: The person laughs and notices the duck got him a present. He starts feeling sad.
Panel 4: He opens the present and gets Face Hugger'd. You know, from Alien.

Man am I a douche for depriving you of my completely original, amazing visual style, or what? Not really, because nobody wanted me to in the first place. Still a prick though.

I started driving! I'm going to find you and run you over! Be on the watch.

I got a wah-wah pedal. Expect crappy ripoffs of the Shaft Theme soon. Also, I might be playing on a stage soon. With other people, who may or may not be somewhat competent at playing their instrument! Just the thought makes me quiver with anticipation, and also horror.

IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAASSS
Fuck you, Paul McCartney. Your new music blows, and you haven't had a good song in roughly 30 years. Way to be a total douche and let all the little orphans down.

So, I am in a funk band, playing bass. It is nice to be in a band with people who don't suck.

I am also in a "dynamic duo" kind of thing with a friend of mine. He sings and plays some guitar, and I do everything else. He likes music that I think is really bad music and that is a problem. He tries writing songs, and they are mostly horribly bad, but at least he tries to write lyrics, which is something I can't really do. I think I am going to tell him to fuck off. I'm tired of being his backing band, the dude who records and mixes his song (engineer?), and the guy whose time he gets to waste. He can't go find some other people to make his music not suck, because nobody really likes or hangs out with him but me, so I guess I would be totally screwing him over. It is hard to tell people you don't want to be in a band with them when they are your friend.

For Christmas, I asked for some CDs, and a wah-wah pedal. Also some guitar strings, and a game for my sister's Wii, because I think someone should actually play it. My sister asked for an I-Phone (WOAHH fancy and expensive) and she got it! She doesn't know yet, so she is going to have a good Christmas, I think.

My dad went to rehab, and for awhile he was good, but now he is bad. Lame, dad!

I am probably going to fail at least one class this semester, because of me being lazy. That means summer school, or retaking the class next school year. I'll do better next semester for sure, but man did I really shoot myself in the foot this time.

I am making a Very Special Spaceduck Christmas comic. It will make your heart grow three times bigger.

So uh how are you guys doing

    I do music sometimes.
Hello! Sometimes I record songs. Usually they are other peoples songs but sometimes I record ones I make up. I record an instrument, and then do the other ones over it. So, I am a one man band.

    Boring Post!
Random Fact: When speaking, I start most sentences with "dude", and end them with "man".

I am going to write a really long post here so I can forget about it for maybe a couple of months or something. It's been about a year since my dad stopped living with us! That sucks. I am not sure if he still uses drugs or not. I saw him on his birthday and he seemed almost like he barely knew what was going on. Oh well, my mom is the one who talks (yells) with him the most, so I don't know what is really happening most of the time. I do not want to be the kid at school who has no dad, that gets beat up. I am not going to use drugs when I am older. There are dudes at my school who are like "haha drugs are so awesome mannn". Maybe they will get thrown out of their house when they grow up.

I started school a few days ago. It is not so bad, just really boring and sometimes difficult. I am taking French, which is kind of neat, I guess. I can say "Hello, my name is Jon. And you?" and goodbye. I decided I needed to take a college level history class. Bad idea. I am still in Orchestra (not jazz band anymore though, because that sucked a lot of dick), playing bass, but it is pretty mundane. We never do any cool music. I have a problem when I am at school where I act like I am not smart, even though I am not stupid at all? I don't mean literally stupid, but I don't try hard in class, because that is cool or something.

My favorite album right now is Child Is Father To The Man by Blood, Sweat, & Tears. It is from 1967 or 1968 or something. I like it. It has horns and guitars and lots of electric organ. Can't get enough of the electric organ dude, it is mostly why I listen to Bob Dylan songs. I pretty much just listen to old music now. I listen to new bands sometimes though, like the Decemberists, who I saw in real life, and the Shins, who I saw in real life. I only really think a few of their songs are really good though. To me, new music is just sort of annoying. I don't know why! I don't care what other people like, I don't instantly dismiss new music as horrible because it is not 40 years old and mostly unknown, it is just not my thing, man. I have a crapload of cds, man, I should make a list sometime to show off how many obscure bands I like.

Now, on art! I still update my website sometimes, even though it is seeming kind of pointless nowadays. I just don't have enough good ideas to do an actual webcomic. I don't like doing the same thing over and over again, although I guess comics like Questionable Content love it (ohhh disssss). Webcomics are just about selling witty t-shirts, it seems like. Oh well, Gotta make money somehow, right?

Did you know I have been on the whole dumbrella/#wigu/#achewood thing for more than 3 years? Woah. I still feel intimidated by everyone else though, strange.

Finally, sorry if you think I am whining? I figured I should make a long complain post every once in awhile, because dang man it is live journal you know. Do people ever look at this? If you do leave a comment, because if no one ever reads this then I'll just stop posting here!

    EXTREME ADVENTURE
I am heading to the north country for a wedding! Good thing. But I have to ride in the car with my grandparents for about 2 days. Bad thing. There is this food place called "Cracker Barrel". It is alright. They have those little triangle (or pentagram) peg puzzle things. Hard, for impatient people like me. For some reason it is a kind of gathering place for old people on road trips or something. WELL THIS PLACE LOOKS NICE STOP THE CAR STOPPPPPP

My grandma once called the airport and went all crazy on them because my dad was flying and she heard there was some rough winds or something.

Also Cracker Barrel took hamburgers off the menu cause someone ate a metal fragment. Man.

That is it. I got it for 300 dollars off ebay, which is a lot of money anyway, and when I took it to get fixed a little the dude at the store said it was worth a whole lot more, like a thousand dollars. Wow, commas. I think I won that one coach!

I climbed on top of the Tom Thumb, it was amazing
Indeed! I had to jump up on to a ladder hanging from a roof. It is part of my training to be a secret agent. Mission accomplished, bring em back home. School is out! I managed to fail English. But I passed Algebra (and everything else). Now that I have time to do whatever I want, I am bored. I guess I will sit around and uh, draw, or something. I got a 12 string electric guitar. I will get a picture of it soon (it is getting fixed up kind of). Did you know there is a setting on here where you can make an entry only visible to you? Wow.

If you don't like the Allman Brothers at least a little bit, then fuck you
I only really like one Allman Brothers song, but oh well. They had nice guitar playing. Recording
music is a real pain in the ass. Also so is make up work for school. We had a discussion thing in geography and I had no idea what to say when I got called on so I just kind of said PEACE IS GOOD WAR IS BAD and made myself look like a dumbass, which I kind of am.

In case you were having trouble sleeping, I didn't die from the flu. I am alright now!

Oh right, I ate curry today and had hot dogs for lunch and had some muffins for breakfast. And I had like ten cans of mountain dew. Goodbye, testicles.

I wish I didn't have to think of a subject every time I wanted to post something here.
Man I drew a bunch of comics, but I think I will draw some more before I start updating regularly again. I want to have a lot so I won't have to draw a comic everyday. Then I won't burn out as fast (it will happen eventually), and life will be easier! Do you think this is a good plan?

It has been snowing and raining and sleeting here all week. We missed a day of school because the roads were frozen! Also we had to write an essay in english about the CHALLENGES OF BEING A TEENAGER. Wild!

    JESUS FUCKING CHRIST IT'S CHRISTMAS
Hey! I passed all my classes in school this semester. I needed an 80 on the exam to pass algebra and I showed those assholes up and got an 87. Also, I got some real drums, on Christmas Eve. Nice! This time I will not beat them to death as fast. It took me about five minutes to break a stick. Also, happy holidays merry christmas happy new year and stuff.

A big post with lots of words!
A flash! Did you know that I misspelled "happened" in the subject of the last post? I didn't, until now. I think I have ideas for things to draw again, but I cannot be sure. I don't even care if nobody reads them or I do not become famous, it is just fun to do and if somebody does like them, then that is neat. If I did become famous I would probably get all stressed and crap and blow up. OTHER NEWS! I have sort of made up another song. Or at least the main deal of it, I still have to work out the rest. I did two other songs that I never showed anyone, because they are secret. Oh yeah, and it snowed for a couple of days a week or two ago.

A thing I needto do is not fail at school. Then, if I don't fail school, I can have time to make creations. And I think that is a good thing.

Wait, but I am wasting time telling this to you. All I ever do is say what I am going to do, and then I hardly ever do it, usually. Maybe it is better to actually do things instead of saying you will at one in the morning. Bye!

Things that have happned to me since I last updated this livejournal.
School sucks! I am 15 now (actually that was before last)! I recorded stuff! I didn't draw anything, whoops. It got cold! I got a new harmonica! I had a haircut, but it grew back in like a week. I went trick or treating. I got like ten pounds at least of candy. Some girl got like ten pounds of COCAINE. And she ate it! It was in the candy. Now I kind of don't want to eat mine. My dogs are being assholes, I kind of want to destroy them, but not really. It is not even Thanksgiving and we are already playing christmas songs in the orchestra. Retarded, huh? Also a bunch of more important things happened but they are all sad and stuff and I don't want to bring anybody down. You are welcome!
